Graduation Clearances

One semester before graduation, before or after the registration add & drop period, please contact Advising Center with the following required information:

- completed Course Guide (save as and send PDF)

- unofficial UDC transcript (save as and send PDF)

- Degree Works report

The Advising Center will check to make sure you are cleared to graduate, and keep a record for the final check before graduation.

Example: if graduating in May 2019, in Sep/Oct 2018 contact Advising Center. You can also contact the center any semester earlier, such as summer 2018, etc. (before or after add/drop periods).

Reminder: All courses must receive the grades A, B, or C, to count towards graduation. All classes with grades D or F must be retaken to earn the grade C or better in order for the student to graduate (be cleared for graduation).
